Police have put in place a dispersal order following "multiple calls" from the public about cars being driven anti-socially.
The reports said more than 50 vehicles were involved in the behaviour, which included cars being driven at excessive speed at Princes Parade car park in Skegness.
Drivers were also performing "doughnuts", revving engines and playing loud music, according to the reports made to Lincolnshire Police.
The order, which expires at 02:42 BST on Monday, covers Princes Parade, Grand Parade, South Parade, North Parade and all streets running between Roman Bank/Richmond Drive and the seafront, including all public car parks and seafront car parks.
The order prevents groups of people gathering in those areas. Anyone who fails to comply risks arrest and prosecution.
A force spokesperson said the behaviour of those responsible was "unacceptable", adding it was "causing distress to members of the public, as well as a danger to those in the area".
Officers also said reports suggested families were unable to leave Princes Parade Car Park due to cars blocking them in.
Lincolnshire Police said officers remained at the scene, with a drone deployed to monitor the situation.
